Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Your personal data is processed by Ristorante Zucca (“Zucca”) as the data controller.

Through the forms on our website, only the following data is processed:

• Reservation form: full name, phone, e-mail, date, time, number of guests and anything you write in the notes field. Purpose: to review and confirm your request, to inform you and to prepare your table.
• Franchise enquiry form: full name, phone, e-mail, city, company, investment budget and your message. Purpose: to review your enquiry and contact you.
• Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily, and only to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (necessary for entering into or performing a contract, i.e. the reservation), Art. 5/2-(f) (our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse) and Art. 5/2-(ç) (compliance with legal obligations).

Health-related information such as allergies (special category data) that you voluntarily write in the notes field is used solely to serve you safely, based on the explicit consent you give by sharing it. You are not required to provide it.

Your data is not sold and is not used for marketing. It may be shared only as far as needed to provide the service with suppliers of infrastructure such as e-mail delivery and hosting, and with authorised public bodies where the law requires.

If our infrastructure providers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Only a strictly necessary session cookie is used for staff signing in to the admin panel.

To understand visitor statistics we may use Google Analytics (Google LLC) cookies. They load only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, based on your explicit consent; if you decline they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. As Google's servers are located abroad, this data is transferred abroad; the transfer relies on your explicit consent. No advertising cookies are used.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7 and that this be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You can send your requests by e-mail to info@zucca.com.tr or in writing to the address above. We reply within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
